Randy has been our agent for around 30 years. He has always been honest, reliable and helpful. Plus he has great people working in his office. Randy never tries to sell-sell-sell. If he sees something in our insurance portfolio that he thinks should be changed, he will suggest it. And many times that is a cost savings for us, not increased business for him.

I am a client of this agent. I find it unbelievable that they are only open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Really? When can people who work come in to do any business? This is unacceptable.

I have been with this agent for 15 years. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Everytime I have a question he has an answer. Thanks Randy keep my rates LOW!!!!!

Been with  Randy since 1998.  Friendly and courteous staff.  Always takes care of things when I ask.  Returns phone calls and follows up.  He just doesn't magically appear when I use the "Like a good neighbor...." genie chant.  :-D

I wouldn't waste your time with this Agent. When he has your business he doesn't appreciate it until you leave and go elsewhere. "Big-Shot" But trust me the solicitations will be sent to you monthly to your residence wanting your $$ back in his office. You can request over and over for him not to send you these monthly solicitations to your home, but his arrogance is way more important than your "STOP" requests. So my review would be a strong "F"!!
