Mike sold me a piece of junk car. Broke down 4 days after I bought it and Robert and Candy who work for him picked up the junk. I still havn´t gotten my money back. This won´t be over till you pay me back thief

Michael D Swearingen is the owner. He is the owner of many properties around fairmont wv. He lists Pride and Winter as his accounts and still has the property taxes listed under Gerald and helen Goodwin since 2001 when he purchased the property. Sounds like tax fraud to me. Eagle housing rental is his front for renting property and he uses a guy named roni to do his business. The property im talking about is 509 coleman ave. He took my damage deposit and refused to refund it.
