I've been ordering from Mikes for some time and up until this point it has been good.   I ordered 21$ worth of food for delivery and they told me a 40 minute wait.  Food showed up 1 hour 20 minutes after I initially ordered.  Understand it's a busy Friday night and it's raining.  I'm not even entirely mad about the food being late but when it arrived,  everything was cold and my dressing for the salad was not in the bag.   When I called to settle the problem, they suggested they would send another order rather than issuing a refund or a credit for the next day.   By the time the food would have arrived the second time the same night, I would've been well asleep and ready to wake up at 4 the next morning for work.   On top of this whole ordeal, the woman on the phone laughed at me when I called to complain about this issue.  In the end, Mikes has good food but, rude management and staff.

Had to try Mike's famous roast beef, and it was fantastic. Ordered with cheese and BBQ sauce and it was legit. Pizza smelled awesome and will order my next visit.

Been back again, just for roast beef sandwiches and they were excellent along with the service. Place was packed and smell delicious.

Great place to eat! Since my school is a quick walk away it's always a student favorite. The only problem is the lack of seating. But, other than that, the food and prices are fantastic! Here are some pointers: 1)The steak Calzone is HEAVENLY 2) Same thing with the curly fries 3) If you want to sit and stay for a while DO NOT go there on Fridays, since that's when all of the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders go there.

We ordered Mike's Catering for a pool party and they were great from start to finish! The person who took the phone catering order was patient and took the time to explain my questions, food was delivered hot and everyone loved it. Steak and cheese sheet calzone was amazing! Super easy and highly recommend if you don't want to cook for 50 people!

Harsh employees answering the phone.   Crazy long wait times, must be learning the complexities of making a cheese pizza in 1-1.5 hours, and then another hour delivery 3 miles away.  Don't bother, customer service is not a priority here.  Food quality is slipping as is customer "service".  This place was good when they opened, but the quality and care has gone down the drain consistently.
