Mike's Clarkston branch recently installed a new heating and cooling system for us, replacing a heat pump, electric furnace and AC with a gas furnace and AC.  The installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  At the end of the installation there was a noise issue with the blower.  The install technicians were unsure what to do, but a quick email to our sales guy, Keith (who was awesome to deal with), and Mike's had two of their senior staffers out within minutes to fix it.  One even came back the next day to install a better quality filter and to make the door fit tighter.  We feel the entire team went the extra mile to make our install a success.

Had plumbing, and electrical done in my basement. I had a great experience with Mike's people. Their communication, and quick scheduling really impressed me. They did really good work in a timely manner.

This review is for Howard with the plumbing division of Mike's. I called because my basement flooded, and I needed to find out the source of the problem. Howard was curtious, worked quickly and efficiently, all while explaining the processes of each scenario he was trouble shooting to find an explanation for the flooding. I appreciate his hard work and will be choosing Mike's in the future.

Nothing short of Excellent!  John Behler,( their salesman)  talked to both my wife and I at a pace we set taking time to answer all of our questions and he didn't rush us one.  He made us feel as if we were important and so was our purchase!  Explaining every thing that should be done step by step to get us the perfect units,( Heater and Air Conditioner ) for the job.  After meeting us at the bank to get the check cut for the purchase he saved us even more money by telling us that we only need to pay the cash purchase price because we were not financing the unit but paying with a cashier's check. Saving us almost $1,000.00!  He had already told us about the $300.00 Avista rebate.  All total he saved us over $1,300.00!!!     The installers we there less than 2 days later and the units were installed in ONE DAY!  The guys who did the work were professional and funny!  They answered every question and cleaned up the installation mess like the experts we were told they were!  When the system vacuum experts arrived they were as proficient and amazing as the other Mike's Employees!  I would recommend Mike's Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone!   Thanks Mike's and great work!
