We feature hot dogs and sausages from Silva's Sausages out of Gilroy, Ca. Every week we showcase a different sausage from local smoke houses. All our toppings are free, except for bacon and cheese, which can be added for a low price. In addition to all that, we sell house made lumpias (filipino version of an egg roll) and 'Watsonville' style Pork Adobo (Pork slow cooked in a mixture of vinegar, soy, garlic and black pepper), a local favorite with at least 60 years of history! We recommend you call in your order to reserve your portion of filipino food because we do sell out daily, as well as shortening your wait time as we grill your hot dogs or sausages.
