WARNING: If you are ordering for the first time online, call the store and inform them that you placed an order. Failure to do so will result in no food or double wait time.

Ordered food at 4:31 pm. Expected delivery 5:15 pm. After calling at 5:10 pm to check on status, I was informed that my order was not accepted because it was the first order I had placed online. (I registered an account on the site with verified email, phone, and address before ordering.)The store did not notify me at all. If I had not called, I would have never received any food or been notified.

At 5:12 pm, the store informed me that it would be approximately another 40 minutes for my food to be delivered. With hungry children, I opted to cancel my order and make food at home.

The worker on the phone said okay and hung up immediately. No apologies or empathy displayed. At least the automated email said, "We are sorry about that."

Now we will see if my credit card is still charged even with the canceled order... To be continued.

No doubt pizza is good but be very careful while ordering through credit card.they always overcharge you by a small amount  probably so that it does not get caught - even after you tip them good.i can understand once could be a mistake but now It happened to me couple of times pretty much every time i ordered.Very bad - fraud will get you no where guys stay honest and be ethical.

Wait time for either pickup or delivery is usually about 45 minutes or more. Prices are ridiculously high,  otherwise friendly, courteous staff
