This place is an amazing pet store. I have snakes to feed mice and this store packages them neatly so they don't escape. Large selection of fish and reptiles. The birds and rodents are held often by customers (Your allowed to hold them) so they are very friendly to humans. Hamsters and bunnies from other places I have gotten them from are really mean because they were not held. The pets a really healthy and the hamster I bought here lived 4 years and never bit anyone. The only health issue I can think of is the reptiles water supply. Some of the snakes aren't getting enough water so they don't shed properly (You can see the patches of skin). However, this problem is very small and don't let this discourage you from buying. Easily fixed by giving the snake more water and a larger dish to soak in. The staff knows a bunch and they really do have supplies for exotic pets! I saw stuff for sugar gliders!

Love making sure we stop by every time we come to town, we do a lot of our shopping here all the way from Omaha Nebraska. Staff is so awesome and friendly! 💜

I can't remember the last time I went to some place so cool! They have so many exotic pets here. I don't want to give any of it away, it's best to get the surprise by going for yourself

Absolutely am appalled at this place. We purchased a baby ball python from here about 2 months ago and it passed away today. We were told (and I have proof ) to feed every 5 days. We have never had a baby python before - so we trusted this reputable place. However , 5 days is way too often to feed and our snake started prolapsing. Today it died on the way to a vet. Miles of Exotics ( when we called this morning ) basically told us they can’t do anything to help us. Of course a refund or a replacement cannot fix what’s been done. Don’t trust any trips , tricks , or advice from any of the employees because they might be giving you information on how to kill your pet. UPDATE: we talked on the phone with the owner and he cussed us out saying he “WOULD HAVE” helped us but now he’s not going to because he doesn’t feel obligated to. Never going here. *not saying don’t go there *

In the past going to miles was wonderful, the staff was always helpful and friendly and the feeders were clean and healthy. Recently however the staff has gotten rude and arrogant as well as the last four times we've purchased feeders they've been sickly and mutilated. Taking our business elsewhere, we used to be regulars but now were treated like ignorant children and a waste of their time. Shame really, several of our scaley babies came from miles.
