I was checking to see the store hours and noticed only two bad reviews. I have been doing business with this store since they opened. They have always went above and beyond my expectations on delivering honest customer support of the products they sell. I buy all of mine and my sons  duty gear there. If they don't have it in stock they actually find it for me and order it for me. My only complaint or negative thought about them is sometimes when I go into the store they are so helpful I get confused on what I want to buy. However; they are truly helpful, unlike most stores. I have never had to wait for service. Some of the items they sell are seconds and surplus. They are cheap and fill a gap when you don't have the money or need for the best gear. You cant expect the best quality, that's why they are garage sale price in the first place. As for the regular uniforms and gear they are reasonably price and of the same quality as you would get else where. Just with better service and price. I have spent thousands with them and have saved just as much. Pulse my son and I are never with out proper attire for duty or drill. That in its self keeps me loyal to this store and very grateful for there service.
