I would like extend a thank you to Sharon . She works in electronics at the Pekin store . She was so nice and very helpful.  Instead of pointing to  where I could find a printer she showed me where to find them . When I asked for the HP  she said they just had one on sale . She then went and found one tucked away. What a great deal . Thank you for being so kind .

I was very pleased with the customer service I received but only after the Manager on Duty stepped in to help me out. One of the associates told me I would have to wait 4 - 5 hours before they could pull my car in to check my battery that was dead in order to replace it but the manager said that wasn't true and pulled my car in right away. However if it had been for a tire, that is how long it would have taken. I suggest calling ahead of time before going and making an appointment if they allow you to. Otherwise you might be disappointed to find out you have a very long wait. Another lady came in for a oil change and was told the same 4 - 5 hour wait.

Horrible service at the customer service counter nothing but attitudes from the young lady there.And to top it off i spent MY hard earned cash at this location and was denied to get my money back because the amount was over $25 so they gave me a useless gift card i didn't need. Don't even bother trying to call either i called around 6pm didn't get an answer had to call another 4 times before someone picked up the phone!! I've been to many Wal-Marts in California and Illinois this is the worst one i have ever been to!! Be careful when buying something from this location!

I don't like coming to this store trys to rip you off on the quick checkers they price there items higher than item is sold for make sure that you're getting it for the price it's sold for.

When I asked for help in getting boxed product off the top shelf in small appliances, I was ignored.  No help what so ever.   Seriously, no one wanted to assist me in getting an electric fry pan.  Guess I will order off of Amazon....they always want to help.
