Had a seamless experience applying for my son's passport here and getting it to the proper address while in the middle of a move. They were also very helpful in the disposal of some old meds I had for a dental surgery. I'm also, in general, very grateful for law enforcement officers doing exceptionally hard, thankless work for the community every day.

went here at 4:25pm on saturday, waited until time was at 4:45pm, and they refused to help with applying for passport because they need to close at 5pm(and i was the last one). I am so disappointed how city hall can't spare 10minutes extra of their work to finish just ONE applicant. Definetely never gonna come back here again. Apperenty they also take their number dispenser at 4:30pm because they do not want to stay at their workplace before 5pm. I just cant believe that 3 of their workers do not have a heart to take an applicant who have been waited around half of an hour and they all wanted an applicant to leave because they do not want one tiny little extra hour in their way.

Today I was parked at a coffee stand when an older gentlemen hit my car backing out of the parking lot. The man said he was unaware of the coffee stand and felt that there was no damage done to his car so he felt that it could be possible that he didnt hit me. When the 3 workers in the coffee stand witnessed him clearly back into my car. The man wouldnt give me his information so I had to call the police. When an officer arrived the man that backed into me took him away to talk to the officer so I was unable to hear. The officer directly walked up to me and told me that he didnt feel there was an accident because the mans bumper was not damaged. The officer ignored the fact that it looked like the older man was clearly high on some type of medication and semi out of it. The officer and the man ganged up on me, pointing fingers in my face saying I needed to grow up & act like an adult because I was trying to explain how the man hit my car when the man was just laughing and telling the officer that he didnt hit me. The officer requested to see my drivers license and info, but completely ignored that fact that the man had hit my car and was refusing to give me his information which was why I called the officer in the first place. I had to get in my car and call my husband to come to the accident because I felt so ganged up on. When my husband got to the accident the officer and man lied to my husband and told him that the man had given me his info, which he didnt. I also had pointed with my foot in the direction where he backed into me (not touching the car) because he tried to act like he didnt know where he backed into me and he told the cop I kicked the car and the cop completely believed the man. The entire accident is on camera. My tire is bent in along with 2 dents in my car. For the officer to bully me and somehow fall for the manipulation from the old man disgusts me. I could not believe how rude he was being after I had been hit.
