THIEVES! Think twice before using these guys. I was in need of a storage unit after my apartment got flooded and online, it looked like these guys would be the place to go to. I went in and talked to Steve, the manager, and he seemed like a nice guy. We signed a contract for a month and paid in full up front including the deposit which we would get back if we left the unit clean. A week before we were supposed to be out of there, we came in and cleared AND cleaned the unit. 3days before the "due out" date. We came in and dropped our keys off. No one was at the office at 2pm on a Thursday so we called the manager and left a message for him because he didn't answer. A week passes by and still no phone call. We call again and end up leave yet ANOTHER message. We decided it was too much work for a $30 deposit so we decided that he can keep it. A month later we get a bill in the mail saying that we owe him for the next month. What on earth is he talking about?? I call Steve and this time he answers saying that he never got my keys so he is going to either make me pay or send the bill to collections! I decide to do some research and ask some other college kids at Walla Walla University and EVERY SINGLE person I talked to says that Mr. Steve has charged them an extra month for an empty unit. Something needs to be done about this guy and his business because he thinks he can get away with stealing money from unsuspecting college students. My lawyer is DEFINITELY getting involved.
