EDIT: please note that I was in their waiting room for less than 20min, while also waiting behind two other vehicles. Lying about the service they failed to perform is a new low. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. I went in to have their 30min mini-detailing done. The description states that they wipe down interior plastics, door panels, etc and vacuum the front and back. The most they did was half-hearted vacuum and not even half of my vehicle was wiped down. If You'll notice in the pics they left numerous areas untouched. I could have done a better job in less than 15min (I doubt they spent more than 10). When I called to talk to a manager he completely ignored my complaints and the fact that their website clearly states what the mini detailing is supposed to cover. He said that I should have paid for a complete detailing and there was nothing they could do. So much for friendly service or at the least getting what you payed for (aka what their website says the mini detailing is supposed to cover).

Wow! This place is the best! I took my car here to get an Interior detailing and they did an amazing job. My car was a wreck, due to foster dog having and accident on the highway and smearing it all over every seat before I could pull over, and now it actually looks and smells like the day I bought it new. If you want the best possible service and the best price, all while dealing with professional people, look no further

First time customer. I wish I would've taken the before pictures. . . I booked the interior only on a "2 Row SUV". (I have a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder) I booked the appointment online on a Saturday. I got a call to confirm my appointment on Monday. The shop is right across from Home Depot on Alpine, easy to see from the street. When you drive up to the building it's hard to tell where you are suppose to leave your car and the office is tiny. (Park next to a little, white shed) Personally, I would take everything out of the car. (I took everything out) When I arrived to drop off my car I was explained what would be done on my car. I was told I would get a call when my car was ready for pick up. Day of pick up. No call from them all day. I waited until 5:45, I called and asked if my car was ready. A female employe answered and very rudely stated that they had called me around noon-1pm and left a voicemail. I let her know that I did not receive a call nor a VM. Again she replied in an aggressive tone, said that they would close at 6pm and that I should go get my car. Luckily I live 5 mins away. When I arrived. I noticed they had detailed my car from the outside as well. Looked very clean. The only problem I had with this location was the customer service and the fact that they did walk to my car and ask if I was satisfied with the way it looked. Some stains still remained, but again I did not ask for a "deep" clean add on for an additional charge. I paid $179. I was not fully satisfied so I did not tip. Also right down how much gas is in the car and your mileage. For your own records. Or take a picture of your dash. When I left my car, it had 1/4 of gas. When I turned on my car the gas light was on. That is something else I was upset about. Idk if they had my car on for a while or if they drove it ... 😐 Not returning and don't recommend. Hope this is helpful.

The Spif interior cleaning is thorough and very good value. They cleaned the trunk for no extra charge.

Terrible experience. $60K Ford raptor and they didn't hardly touch the wheel wells. Mud caked in obvious parts of wheels well. Truck bed not even touched. Floor mates looked terrible. I pointed it out to one guy that worked there to say this is unacceptable and another younger kid working with him attempted to ask me if I was seriously worried about dirty wheel wells. I almost came unglued but ignored him. To add insult to it all, they left my Ford Raptor running in the parking lot for unknown hours before I came back for it. They called me at 1100am to say it was done. I came back at 630pm. I am pretty sure it was left running the ENTIRE TIME. Whole thing started on a bad foot. They called ME attempting to schedule me in 2 weeks before this. They said they were offering %10 discount for returning customers. I asked if they still give the military discount of %10 and could also apply this %20. The girl on the phone had to check with someone to make sure then came back to assure me I could. I took advantage of this about two weeks later and sure enough some woman "office manager" tried to tell me %10 only and fought me about it but gave in after I explained what happened and threatened to cancel my second appointment. Then she told me for "future reference" they don't give military discounts and I told her that is interesting since I have got it the previous years. As far as I'm concerned I'm owed 2 free REAL details, an apology, and gas money for leaving my 6.2L engine run for unknown hours. Even then it's unlikely I would ever return let alone recommend the place. Update: one date later, John (I believe he is the owner) has since remedied the situation favorably by having the truck go back through. He fixed the problem areas and did much of the work himself. He then gave me a book of washes. He was very professional about the whole incident. Most of the employees, at least the summer staff, are young and learning. Exercise patience with them and just let John know if you have a legitimate issue. I imagine these types of issues are as frustrating if not more so being the employer. He told me he would conduct a training meeting with the staff to mitigate some recent issues.
