the salesman, Eric, made me feel quite as ease. He explained everything I needed to know in layman's terms. He did not pressure me, and answered any questions I had very professionally and simply. I appreciated the fact that, through no fault of the dealership or himself, he stayed with us after the dealership closed for the day. Eric was quite happy with assistance me getting insurance at, literally, the last moment. Also, kudos for the finance man (I think his name was Jay, I could be wrong), for going beyond the call of duty to secure me a loan with a more preferred rate than I was going to receive. The entire experience, even though it took longer than it should (no fault of anyone there or the dealership), was pleasant and gracious. I would recommend this dealership for a square and fair deal.

Service is good but could be better. The prices could be listed on the vehicles in lots. The prices of the used vehicles are a little higher then should be but overall the prices are fair

I had the best experience here! Nelson Morales was the nicest, most honest salesman you'll ever meet! He went so above and beyond to answer all my questions and anytime I had to wait for the next step he was extremely apologetic and did everything he could to help make the process go as smooth as possible! He even helped with numerous things days after I bought the car, like getting my previous lease closed out, getting keys over to my old dealership, and truly lived up to what he said about treating his customers more like friends! There's probably no one like him out there! Please do yourself a favor and go see him for you next car!! Also, Brian Eustache was the nicest, most honest car salesman manager you could hope to deal with. He made the negotiating process quick and easy and there was "no catch"! Thank you both so much!

We asked for a loner car. They had us rent a car from Enterprise around back for $44.99. they told us they would reimburse us. That was 8/14/17 It's 11/21/17. We have called many times. Kicker is we took it in for recall work and while there gave them additional oil change and tire work out of our pocket. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
