Denis was an amazing salesman! He made the process so easy and is extremely knowledgeable. My family and I have been doing business with Nissan for a long time but Garden City Nissan is by far the best dealership I have been to. They have amazing customer service; everyone is friendly and polite. I appreciate all the time Denis took to explain all of my options. I would definitely recommend this dealership along with the salesman, Denis. He is absolutely the best!

Just got myself a new Rogue. It was a 3 day process searching for the right car for me. My salesman Flavio was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions,   the entire staff was so friendly made me feel comfortable.  The Mgr that came to make a deal was great I think his name was Mal, not sure but he really did help. This buying experience was great. I recommend this place to everyone.  😀😁😀😁

Waste of time! We saw a car online for 17995 and after spending 2 hrs there they come and tell me the price is 21185 plus taxes and fees. And asked me what price I wanted to pay. I want to pay the 17995 that was listed online but they try to charge you extra made up fees. The salesman told me that the car online was not the car we saw and we pulled out the stock/vin number & he was stumbling on what to say - trying to bait and switch. The general manager was even worse than the salesman. BEWARE! This is worst dealer ever. Don't waste your time.

Beware !!!!!   Took the hour drive to check out some cars they advertised on many different sites including their own.  They only had one of the cars they advertised so I requested to see it.  While waiting for the car to pulled around I confirmed the price with the salesperson. He mentioned it didn't include the standard fees like taxes title and dealer fee. I asked how much the dealer fee was. For experience I know it's usually around $500.  The salesman told me it was $2200. Haha yup $2200. I laughed and asked him what was that charge for. He told me it was for bringing the car to the dealership and cleaning it.  I pointed out that the car was a previous lease from that dealerships so it didn't come from anywhere.  After that I just left. Drove to another Nissan dealer and ended up buying the same car and paid $250 for the dealer fee which is basically for cleaning the car.

Went to Garden City Nissan knowing that I had a special finance case. Right off the bat got great help from Chelsea, but had to get a cosigner. Drove up on a Sunday, not aware that the special financing dept was closed, however ran into Rob (the Director of Finance) who brought me into his office and worked his magic. I had a really tough case, being from out of state with an out of state cosigner, but with his amazing attitude and knowledge of the system he got me approved. Chelsea was with us every step of the way and with that team I drove away with a great car, at a great price. I love my Rogue and I will always use and recommend Nissan of Garden City, they are amazing. Chelsea has since followed up a few times to make sure I am happy. Great Customer care!!!!
