Moved into a house where the pipes backed up on us 3 different times losing thousands in belongings. They also neglected to tell us about the mold growing behind the downstairs bathroom wall. Light popped in the garage started tracking wires and found a splice from hell surprised the thing didn't catch fire. Rats under the garage. Furnace filter wasn't replaced and was way past due (took a while to find that one) that could have caught fire. These people don't care what they have you living with I will never use or recommend this company to anybody

I literally flew into Detroit from Kansas City on Friday after making the appointment to see a house on Sunday listed for rent in white lake by this company. I am relocating to the area and made a last minute decision to come in this weekend JUST to see This house.  I received two confirmations for my appointment.  We drove 45 minutes to get here. There were 4 other couples also viewing the house at the same scheduled time and the agent never bothered to show up or call!   I truly feel I'm owed a refund for my plane fare.  Ive wasted my time and money.  This is crazy.

This place is a joke all they want is your money you'll put in the application they won't get back with you you'll sit there and call and check up on the application I'll tell you they're waiting on something from the landlord and then they won't get back with you you'll call him back and then I'll tell you that the property is no longer available in the application fees non-refundable all they want your money place is a joke horrible business

Extremely Disappointed with this company! I have clients who would like to see a home but am told that the 2 agents handling this property are booked for 6 days straight. Sure does not seem like a consumer friendly way to do bossiness!  Clients are willing to pay cash and was told sorry but we don't have time to show the property! I wonder if the property owner is aware of this?
