This company and Mark Shrader are absolutely incompetent POS, did not record our deed and the only reason we even found out was because we were trying to obtain a permit for a deck, if it wasn’t for the deck we would have never known and our deed would have never been recorded. They will not return any calls, for something this important DO NOT TAKE a chance with this company, they are worthless.

Working with Millenium has been a pleasure. Their staff is very professional and they work hard to get things done. During the whole process they have kept me posted until we closed and they explained the whole process which made it easier for me.
