This office is wonderful. Calvin helped me out with getting a great price on my insurance for my truck. State Farm was so kind and understanding when I got into my accident. I used Justin Arnolds office when I bought my new vehicle and again, nothing but helpfulness and urgency. I highly recommend this agency.

This office is a joke. Charged me almost $300 a month for full coverage insurance and I was dumb enough to pay it for half a year before switching to GIECO and getting the same policy (with better features!) For HALF the price. 

They never answer the phone when you call. They barely respond to voicemail (I'll leave one Monday and not get a call back til next Monday) and overall it just seems like everyone working there hates their job. I'd go elsewhere.

I have only been with this agent for about 2 months their customer service is horrible Calvin seems to text me from his cell phone but doesn't answer any of my calls or text. They never answer the office phone I wish I could score them with a zero....chose a different agent because he definitely doesn't  care about his clients.

Do not use INSURANCE COMPANY!! They are liars!! When I purchased my car back in April the agent told me it was going to be 119. He also put my mother as the primary driver on the account. MY MOTHER IS NOT UNDER MY INSURANCE AND I DID NOT GIVE THE AGENT MY MOTHER INFORMATION! They forged my mother information so that my insurance can seem cheaper and so I can agree to have them on my insurance!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOCKS
