The server and manager Jeff were (awesome)tonight .  This manager was genuine and kind. My family and I sat down and waited to be served for a good bit. Jeff approached our table with affable presence. He noticed that no one greeted us and that we were waiting for a bit. He goes on to say that he apologized for our wait and gave us two desserts on the house for our long wait for a server. I believe this is true managing skills . Only if more managers could manage there staff like this gentlemen did. You can not micro manage your staff or keep people at your restaurants who don't want to serve by the way and expect to make a impact.  Our server was very friendly the manager recommended her and she was attentive and very kind . I do apologize but I did see her name on the receipt or recall her name .However to add being a server I know at times it can be frustrating at times but it is all in your heart. I hope that anyone that comes here can experience a  good atmosphere and affable service as we did with these two people. Thank you Charles

Very reasonable prices on food and drinks. The downside is, the place is usually packed, and bartenders often don't know how to make basic cocktails. That said, the chicken nachos are the best, and their desserts are to die for and are huge for very little money. There's amazing value in some of the menu items.

This is not gourmet. It's barfood, so take it for what it is.

A while back they got rid of my favorite dish, the chicken parmasean, but the staff works with my picky self. The waiters are very nice. If you like sports, they have many TVs, and if you want to watch a specific game the hostesses are willing to change the station on one of the TVs. Parking can be difficult at times, but it's a popular sports bar. Also, the drinks are great (if you are into that kind of thing).

This Ale House is a good one. If you have been to one in other states and whatnot it is the same experience. For this particular one the staff is awesome since they can handle the volume that comes... Especially with football.

The outside bar is huge here as well. During summer it can get hot but hey that's Florida. If you like Ale House I'd recommend coming here. If you haven't ever tried one.. I'd suggest trying here. It's a good place with plenty of TVs and Staff for any sports event.

Best ale house location in town.  Big Red is always good and the covered outdoor space is nice and big here.  Great wait staff here.
