We love this park. All of the trees and the lake are wonderful. Roomy campsites for the most part. Restrooms are pretty clean, but could use a little closer attention. This is the second time we've stayed here in two years and we're coming back in August. Best of all, it's just down the road from South Sound Speedway!!

Full camp, but not at all noisy or intrusive - and I have an XL personal space 'bubble'. Very clean, wholesome for families. Nice lake to walk to, roped-off swimming section, tons of benches & picnic tables. In addition to the dozen or so ramadas for grilling, there's a great huge open kitchen log building that seats about 60. Lots of campers had dogs and all were well-behaved around strange people & other dogs. Also nice mix of open, sunny campsites and shady, green sites offering more seclusion. Didn't check out the tent campsites, just the RV side. Definitely will be back.

It's beautiful and the lake is great. The facilities, specifically the bathrooms, could use some help. Was just there for Memorial Day weekend and there were no working showers in the campground. I walk from bathroom to bathroom and ended up paying for a cold shower. It seems they were out of propane at that bathroom. My wife tried to use another and the water was scalding with no way to adjust it. Toilets were just okay, some of them not flushing well. I would give them 5 stars, except for this.

Really nice not that many people were here on a super hot day which was nice so you don't get crowded out. You can go on a kayak or paddle boat. You can fish or go on a hike. There is a group area. But need a discovery pass or day pass. We just get the discovery pass because we go here more the three times a year...worth it.

Costs to go in for day use or discover pass needed. Good fishing. Make sure swimming is safe before going into the water. Decent camp ground
