Worst place to live! First of all the place is filthy where residents pile MULTIPLE bags of garbage on their doorsteps which attracts RATS. I have come home to having a RAT sitting right by my door. When management was told they said that it was because we are by the woods...Not because of the garbage piling up on doorsteps (even though according to the lease the residents are supposed to be getting charged a fine for doing this-management does not want to deal with any problem). Residents are loud and blare their music so loud you can hear every word from 12AM-5AM in the morning. Supposed to be a non smoking residency, however, there are residents smoking cigarettes and pot on their front doorstep every single day. Once again, management does nothing. Dog feces EVERYWHERE!! I am a pet owner and make sure to pick up after my dog. It's gotten to the point where I have to take her down the block to walk her around because every step you take there's dog crap (residents are supposed to be fined for not picking up their dog crap according to the lease - management does nothing). Basically it's a good place for druggies and people who do not like living in a clean area.

As a resident of this apartment complex for over five years, I can confirm every single complaint is valid and true. I did multiple transfers within the complex and was lucky enough to only to have to pay their $200 transfer fee once and $65 every time for carpet cleaning. You CAN hear your neighbors and exactly what they are saying and their crying children. Worse, you CAN smell your neighbors as well. If they are cooking bacon, your apartment will smell like bacon. If they are smoking drugs in their apartment you CAN smell it. I had an issue with aggressive dogs at the complex and it took my dog getting attacked twice and another dog getting attacked for them to do anything about it. What really tops the cake, is out of all of the transfers, I never recieved a cleaning fee. I was very skilled in move out cleans and knew the process. When I finally left the community, I informed them that the most they might have to do is touch up paint. I got my refund deposit check for $15.11, I was shocked. I was fully prepared to take them to court, this is a double deposit back state, but I got into a major car accident and am now dealing with a plethora of doctors appointments. Only desperation should drive you to live here.

You know what? These apartments are FINE when you consider the amount you pay for them. All utilities are paid, which makes this an EXTREMELY cheap place to live. Yeah, there's lot of dog crap laying around, but the flip side is that you get to interact with a bunch of cool dogs! The staff is attentive and responds well to issues. No complaints whatsoever!
