Our purchase of a 2017 Yukon XL Denali at Mills GM in Baxter Minnesota was nothing but first class. We were especially impressed with salesman James Sherman and how he treated my wife and I. He not only knew all the inner workings of the vehicle but showed to us a person that cared about our needs. When he told us that he really liked working at Mills GM that said it all. People skills are often just as important as the nuts and bolts of a sale. James and every person at the dealership demonstrated this ability throughout our purchase. We are completely satisfied with our experience with James and the dealership and wouldn't hesitate recommending Mills GM to anyone.

buyers beware!!! I bought a truck for $15,000 not even 2 weeks I notice it started to have problems so I took it into my local GM dealership they told me it was bad piston rings and it would cost $12,000 to fix. I called them to ask if they could help me and they said no. Now I have to pay 12,000 dollars to fix my truck. Thanks for selling me a truck that I can't even drive now. How low will you go just to make a quick buck? Now i'm selling everything I got just to fix my truck.

  Last time I talked to your manager we asked him if he could find a LBZ7 engine that was rebuilt from GM. He said he would contact me when he finds one. That was OVER 2 months ago and I have not heard anything yet.   I am willing to pull the truck up on a trailer and drive 3 hours  for you to look at , but I need some sort of guarantee that you will help fix this problem with out it costing me additional THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it.

My husband bought a truck from Mills GMA and would not budge on the price but offered a $200 credit for running boards. When we went to sign the paperwork everyone acted like we were nuts and kept passing the buck. We never dis get the credit and now the windshield is leaking... so disappointed. I would never ever buy from them again.

I was on the road for a seven hour trip back to Iowa from Bemidji, MN and I had truck issues. I called Mills Auto and explained situation, they said if I was able to make it to them that they would work me into their schedule on that same day, which they usually dont do. They got me in and had the vehicle fixed within 2 hours. I will definitely do business with them in future. Mike was awesome to work with. Very friendly and knows his stuff.  Thanks

My husband and I really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We thought we wanted a crossover but hadn't even sat in one yet, Troy our salesman was so thorough on all details that we felt we needed to search no further and that the Encore was our choice for our new ride. We were very impressed with Troy and will gladly send others his way.
