We bought our 2012 f150 truck and Dale Matthews was our sales person. Very great and very professional sales person.  We were so pleased with him that we asked for him again to help us with trading our 2012 in for a 2017 F150. Can't say enough about this guy. We are very happy with our new truck. Don't quit know how to use everything on it it. We've been back a few times and Dale has always been there to help us out without ever telling us to read our book on how to operate our vechile.  Thanks again Dale. We would recommend our family and friends to ask for you as you are there for any questions asked without ever pressuring us.

My wife fell in love with a Ruby Red Fusion, 2105. Test drove it didn't notice the wumping noise pounding in the car with 1 window open. Never had a 4 door before. Found out later it was normal, really? Tried to make a lower offer. I told them I wanted to feel like they couldn't wait to get me off the lot and give me a great deal. Nope, a couple hundred was all they would go. Although the staff was friendly and personable not sure I'd buy there again.

Dale, Kyle, and Brady set the standard for a dealer experience.  They didn't necessarily try to sell me a car, they laser focused on making sure I was happy with the dealer experience: getting the actual sale seemed to be a secondary concern to them.  Definitely was worth the 2.5 hour drive to do business with Mills Ford.  I literally drove past 5 Ford dealers on my way to Mills because of how happy I was while corresponding with Dale and Kyle via email.  1st class folks.  For context, I traded in a BMW M3 for a Shelby GT350 (Before the M3 I had an Audi S4).  So I am no stranger to a 'premium' dealer experience.  As far a dealer personnel, the folks I dealt with at Mills were equal to or superior that the folks I have dealt with at other 'premium' dealers.  And if you're wondering, yes I'm a real person/buyer.  Just wanted to get to the word out on the folks at Mills Ford to help out any fellow automotive enthusiasts.

Found the F150 super cab I wanted at a good price, received a high trade-in for my  2016 Jeep Wrangler, and Ford financing provided excellent rates.  My salesman, Chuck Cole, was friendly and helped in every aspect of purchase.  This is the third vehicle I purchased from Mills with Chuck handling the sale, I recommend Mills to people that are shopping for a vehicle, because after sale support/servicing has also been excellent.

I have taken several vehicles here over the years. I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They really do make me feel like my vehicle is the most important 1 that they are working on. Will continue to being a customer at Mills for as long as I own a vehicle.
