I called early after catastrophic faucet failure in the master bathroom. Ashley R. listened carefully to me as a new customer and gave me hope that a plumber could come by that same day. Amner C. came in the afternoon after calling to make sure he was coming with the best faucet options for me. He did a fine job installing a sturdy faucet, and was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed by the professionalism of all the MillTown staff I interacted with, and will keep this company's contact info handy!

We’ve needed a bit of extra help for our very neglected boiler due to a long period of lay-offs.  Kevin L has consistently provided nothing less than professional, efficient and on the level service and guidance on every visit. Kevin shows real pride in his work and dedication to his company. Yet when he is tackling issues for us it feels like we are his only and best customer.  He knows we can’t afford to have tons of visits so he tells us what to look for when our boiler has issues so that he can trouble shoot the problem more quickly with one repair visit.  He also takes the time to explain things carefully so that we have a grasp on what is going on with our boiler.  We feel in good hands with Kevin and highly recommend him to others.

Jared was professional and extremely thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and walked through all of our fixes without seeming like he wanted to run out the door. He explained options and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage off with services.

They sent a person that didn't pay any attention to what we wanted. Then we were insulted with a ridiculous over estimate.  Hey just say you're not interested in our business. The estimate was a total undeserved embarrassment.  Never felt so disrespected by a business that could have just said hey we are too busy. Or whatever the problem was.

I told Milltown the part that was cracked on my furnace and sent a picture in to their info email address.  It was a small crack in the catch drain where condensation was building up so there was a small leak.  They never responded and came out to the house and saw the issue.  They said I can just seal it up myself and then charges me $85 for coming out.  I feel ripped off because why was I told to email a picture if they weren’t going to look at it?   Terrible experience.

UPDATE:  Christian the service manager gave me a call and handled very professionally and apologized for the service I received.  Refund check is in the mail.  Thank you again Christian.
