I'd rather not talk with any officers in United States.I'm protected with the constitutional rights.Somebody stole my boat which I believed is hispanics because one of them talked to me.It's a sin or demon to steal property.I just bought this boat like less than a year before it was stolen.I was going to give it to my girlfriend on her birthday but hispanics or white caucasian stole it.I don't want to waste my time searching on my boat in Mexico or anywhere in United States including Canada.

Bouncer Policemen who work for benefits . There is a traffic ticket nexus in the entire Bay Area but none more pronounced that Milpitas. The way it works is - find someone who looks like he has an 8 hr /day X 7 job- someone busy who wont have time to haggle in the courts over a ticket - find the smallest fault in this driving/ auto & stick a pink letter on him .All rationale arguments are futile & are met with the Milpitas Police auto responder " Yeah .. you can explain that to the judge..sure he will listen..ya da ya". My headlights died in the rain - I got pulled over at 10 pm within 1/2 of my car turning squint. There is a 24 h drive through macD but they dont have autozones open 24/7.I got pulled over at might night once again for same reason. I explained - another one of your monkeys gave this to me . The other monkey still wrote me 2nd ticket the same day. 2nd time I got pulled over for having a sun screen tint on my windshield . It NOT all over but just at the top along the border. Got ticket the remove the tint. Why ? It is unsafe. Acc to CA law tint or any other hindrance to drivers view is illegal on the windshield & I DONT look up at the sky through my windshield to drive. Then there is a Kangaroo court where the judge ms bouncer judge ..looks like she get paid to reject any kind of valid defense presented & will literally argue like she's fighting for the cops. then I had a room - mate who I found was distributing weed and threatened to kill me with a knife while high on drugs . I called these monkeys & 4 of them showed up at my doorstep . Did nothing except tell me all his rights. I showed them the movie proof & yet they framed it as a he said vs he said case & left without any action. Next day there is a cop creeping around the corner & he pounced on me as I was pulled out of the parking lot "un safe turn". MILPITAS POLICE SHOULD BE OUTSOURCED. There maybe some REALLY GOOD officers who should keep working but the other ones there for benefits should be packed off. Worse police dept .
