The only good thing about this location is one of the associates who was very helpful in spite of repeated equipment failure. We were trying to get our wedding invites printed and expected that we could upload the pictures onto staples website, pay the fee and pick them up. Not only did the online tool did not display our pictures properly, but we spent more than 2 hrs at this location trying to edit the pictures before they could print it out. Ultimately when the pictures did get printed they looked slightly dull and decolorized for some reason, but when we went to the Campbell location the print outs were significantly sharper and brighter. Not going to the Milpitas location to use their print center again.

Print center is not good. I ordered twice for business card, online told me that I can pick up same day. After order and waited, nothing happed. I called them and was told that they have to let other branch print it because no such paper that I ordered. It was just a regular paper and they don't have it. So strange. After several days, I got the card. I ordered same business card the 2nd time. This time getting worse. I waited 13 days to get one of my two orders.
