I can't say enough good for the staff at Miner's. They must have a great training program. Their staff doesn't make up answers if they don't have a solution.
Miner's staff will actually ask other employees for help if they can't find it themselves. One of their employees helped me the other day for about 20 minutes. No one else in town had a solution, but they called another store to help me out. Their Morro Bay store ended up helping me out over the phone, and I was able to go there the next day and spend a couple hundred dollars. Some items might be a little more expensive compared to the large corporate stores. But, in most cases, it's definitely worth the extra money for great customer service......and all the time I save by going there.

I dealt with an employee that was very unprofessional but I spoke to the manager the next day and feel confident that problem will be addressed. I had gone in to have copies made of keys and first time, with not good employee, neither of my keys worked when I tried them at home. Second time, a very nice young man helped me and I going him delightful. Got home tried the keys, one worked the other still didn't. Ended up going back and forth a total of four times, with the store manager making the difficult key herself... Got home, still didn't work but they really did their best and I know they would have tried again or refunded my money for that key. I decided not to stress over it and just write that one key off. Just going to plan B of leaving my original key with person watching my house when I go on vacation. But they really tried their best and I will continue to shop with them. Good people, great service.

Very unhelpful staff without proper knowledge of their products or the ability to ask for help from others.

Just moved to Atascadero. The service is a 10. Plenty of associates to help. Will shop here over Lowes and Home Depot any day. Great job Miners taking care of your customers!!!!

Staff friendly and helpful, sometimes to helpful. Need a better system when purchasing lumber, cashiers never know what' to charge
