BEST PLACE TO BUY HAMPTON BAY CEILING FANS! My son bought a 52" Glendale model. To replace his old 42" Littleton. Easy install, Slight wobble on high, No noise. He loves it! He calls it the "Best Fan Model!"

If negative stars were possible the y would get it well the manager anyway. I bought a log splitter online at the end of august because they had a promotion for 18 months no interest financing for card holders and I received the order on September 5th. I didn't need the splitter until beginning of October but bought it when I did because of the promotion. 30 minutes into splitting yesterday and the seal on the hydraulic ram blew. Went to return it today and because I was five days over the 30 day return policy I was denied the return. The manager knew that I bought it when I did because of the promotion and could have accepted the return but refused. That's not the way to keep customers!!! An elderly gentleman was also at the return desk and was asking for the manager. At the time the manager was on the phone and was very rude to the elderly man and raising his voice and just being a jack ass in general. Home Depot you have lost all of my business and the business of my family members and friends because of this. When you bend over backwards for your customers you will keep those customers for life. I will be replacing all of the siding on my house next month due to woodpecker damage. Could've been your sale Home Depot. Lowes here I come hope your customer service is better!

Tried to use my gift card drove 75 miles and the network was down, tried to use my charge account and no luck waste of time and gas

Prices significantly different at cash register that posted. Cashier said sorry you need to go to "Customer Service." Waited at customer service for over 10 minutes before any one cared to help me. They asked where I got them in the store, and then told me sorry they are not marked down. They never checked their signs and did not seem to care. Had them refund my whole purchase and left the store for the LAST time. I will drive to Lowe's or go to Miners (they are not usually any more expensive anyhow. One star was being generous.
