They restocked the buffet,  however they charge a high end lunch price for very average food.  There is no fish,  no shrimp. Most lunch buffets have at least 2 or more seafood options at this price.  No pudding or ice cream, just jello and minimal fruit selections.  Staff was very friendly but we never got a refill on our water and the ice was non existent.   The best tasting item I had was the hot and sour soup.

So many varieties of food including donuts which is a favorite of mine. All of the food was stocked up while we were there around 3. The waitress was very nice and would check up on us regularly so our drinks never ran out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat at a great price and eat as much food as you want.

Buffet is never stocked, both times I went here there was 10 or more empty trays on buffet, overpriced for a half stocked buffet. I brought this to the managers attention and he was very rude about it. If you want a pleasant dining experience I would stay away from Ming’s Asian Bistro.

The food was cold, too many chicken dishes and the Jell-O was so old it was dust covered. The actual selection of dishes was poor, there was one beef dish and no sushi. This buffet also does not offer ice cream or anything in the way of dessert. We were not revisited by wait staff after being seated, we never received drink refills, the booth and  its accessories were filthy. My Mother burned herself on a hot pan trying to scoop food, the scooping utensil was too short. We asked for a burn kit and only got ice... the restaurant is not prepared for treating burns so be wary. When my family and I attempted to complain about the poor service and food quality, the manager got defensive and insisted we were wrong. I will be returning in January 2018 to see if the quality has changed or not. As it stands I would not recommend this garbage can buffet to anyone.
