My girlfriend bought her first new car last month, a 2016 Mini Cooper S 4door and she loves it! Mike the sales rep was extremely friendly and professional he made closing the deal with us extremely fast. His expertise and knowledge of Mini/BMW and knowing the history of the vehicles is great! Thanks again Mike!

My 2016  Clubman has had issues from the beginning. The Air intake was not installed properly and they told me several times that nothing was wrong. Only after a month did they finally solve the issue. At the same time the paint began flaking off my car. less than a week after I got it. They are now trying to deny the claim. BMW and the dealer are pointing fingers and I'm caught in the middle. Total garbage customer service. They refuse to stand behind their product.

Not the best Mini service center and because there's a limited number of Mini dealers/ service centers the customer had little choice.

So happy with my newest purchase of my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S! My motoring advisor, Louis was awesome. He answered all of my million questions and if he didn't know the answer he was sure to find out. Manager, David also helped me out and he was great too! When it came down to the "paperwork", Leo helped me make the best decision as far as Gap insurance and other additions I was looking to add to my purchase. After taking the car home, I did have some issues with it and had to bring it back to the service department. Travis took care of everything for me and then some! Mini of Camarillo is a family owned dealership with an amazing TEAM of people that really care about making you happy. My family has been buying cars from Steve Thomas for years and I can honestly say he has always taken care of us. Thank you Mini of Camarillo for being awesome and making me another customer for life ;)
