This place is the best they are clean nice and the people there are very friendly. We have been with them for over a year. And there is always someone there. If you need a place to store your stuff I recommend them.

DO NOT RENT HERE - Renting here was one of the worst decisions of my life. I rented a storage unit in early May to put my college belongings away for the summer. When I got back to school, my lock was moved and everything inside my unit was stolen (besides a few empty boxes). When I approached management for an explanation, all they said was that I should have bought renters insurance. Management at this facility is made up of uneducated, ignorant, and sketchy people who seem to be hiding something much bigger. When the police got involved, the establishment claimed to have security cameras but of course none of the footage was saved (sketchy). If you don't purchase renters insurance you're at risk of sketchy management removing your lock, stealing your belongings, and then playing dumb with the police. Since the manager (looks like a meth addict) was simply too uneducated to figure things out, she referred me to the owner. THEN, I call the owner and leave a voicemail and he calls the manager and tells her to deal with it. After a short phone call, she then felt obliged to offer me $300 to replace some of my belongings but of course that was never going to happen. The company has now stooped down to the level of ignoring any contact from me and trying to act like nothing happened.  This place is so unorganized and unprofessional that ANYONE who rents here is at risk of losing all their belongings.  Once again, DO NOT RENT HERE.

Great location, very accessible.  Office is open longer & more days than most storage facilities, which helps a lot if you work M-F hours and need Saturday access.  Office staff is always very nice & helpful.

DO NOT RENT HERE.  Your unit  will be  illegally entered into.  They will not just "place their lock" on the door, but will acutally cut your lock and examine the contents of your unit.   The "book-keeper" 
is a relic.  Your payments will not be posted in time or even  completely ignored or attached to someone else's account, and then after you have been harrased, they will finally say they received the check..after you have had to send another payment and pay to stop payment on the allegedly "lost check."

Then they will, without warning, auction your belongings , i.e.   They will lead you to believe that late payments are acceptable with a late fee but beware, soon they  will trick you and sell your belongings. They will have people look at your belongings and plan a "private" sale of your belongings, without notifying you in advance.  THERE IS NO 30 DAY NOTICE HERE BEFORE THEY SELL YOUR BELONGINGS.

 They even ripped off a poor sick disabled person who had paid them for years! But was late 2 months (after paying for over 5 years) and then sent them a payment for 3 months nearing the end of the 2nd month of being late.  Along with late payment fees.  

They did not even have the decency to call or mail this person a notice in advance.  The person was told that the "owner" had "suddenly" decided to "enforce" the contract terms of payment-  note: this after years of accepting an occasional late payment with a late payment fee.  This  poor human being,  had to suddenly find over $900 dollars to be able to remove the contents of the rented unit.

he lost over $1700 dollars because "somehow" the property was stolen.  Everything stolen held great sentimental value, for many a childhood memory was connected up with the property.

oh yes, your belongings will  also be attacked by mold and dust.

Tipoff:  Its a royal ripoff
This industry needs to be strictly regulated.  30 day notices must be given before an auction, no matter what the reason.  Don't you think so folks?
