The staff was very friendly. The unit was clean and accessible via an inside hallway. The halls were well lit. I felt comfortable leaving my stuff in the unit, with a lock of course. I also felt comfortable picking up loads on my own as a single female. 

I took off one star because there is no paving for the very back doors of the buildings, so it gets muddy back there when it rains. I was able to go into a side door where it was paved, but it would have been nice to have paving in front of the door closest to my unit. The only other problem I had was that my gate code did not work. However, that was solved in five minutes with a call posted to the number on the door, and it was Sunday. So, I think that's a positive overall because you know the manager will respond quickly to any problems.
