This is my second time storing at this location, the grounds are beautiful and always very clean, John the manager is AMAZING!!! He took the time to show me the unit and made sure I understood the whole lease.

When I walked into the office the manager was being yelled at by three people at once but he still greeted me when I came in. even after being yelled at by other customers who where using very foul  language John was very kind to me and made sure I understood every thing.

I normally don't leave reviews but those customers where so mean and the manager was so kind to me I needed to make sure people know how great this place is.

I came to this location on April 12 and the first thing I noticed, as I pulled into the parking lot is that it is kept immaculately clean. I just love that. When I went into the office I met John the manager and Shane. I love these guys. They were so professional and informed about their products. You would think that's the way it should be, but you would be surprised how many places can't even quote you accurate prices. I received a tour of the facility and different options for my budget. They even have a free truck rental to help you move. I am definitely going to rent with them. Its such a rare pleasure these days to find great business's and even greater people working for them. Kudos to you Mini U!

The storage area, security, and prices were good. Staff was rude just because there were two customers behind me and the guy was rushing to process everyone. Would have left if i didn't need same day service.

I rent several units here and have been very happy with the facilities. The premises is kept extremely clean and security is a priority. As a small business owner I deal with the facilities management on a regular basis. John is a pleasure to work with and is very accommodating for my businesses needs. Our interactions are always bright and witty.

So I have always found interactions with the "Manager" to be the example of poor customer service and  as someone with 15plus years of Retail Management experience. The illusion of security here is just that. Anyones  Code can get you into the gate and then into any of the buildings. John is not only rude but he is condescending in how he speaks to you. I only did business with this guy because it was located centrally for my needs but I am looking forward to not needing their service.
