this hospitals head of the E.R. is the most unprofessional Dr. has had many compliments filed against her. my mother went to E.R. with chest pains. she was placed in a room with no phone or call button. had to shout to finally get the attention of the staff to help her to the restroom. she was pretty much left on her own. she was there from 9 A.M. until 2 P., no water was brought to her. Dr. Saunders is the head of E.R. and the worst Dr. The staff is also very unprofessional . My Mother will go to Cassia if she has to go again.

I thought it was amazing and all the staff was wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and I would strongly consider having surgery there again in the future! My surgery was just before Christmas and I was home for the holidays! Had a great experience! The only thing that would have made it better would have been directions on where to go to check-in for surgery! Dr. Wettstein was my surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone... he's awesome any funny and caring.

Had to go in an ambulence because I thought I was having a heart attack. Margo Sanders was the physician, drew blood, got me an ekg and on moniters, then said I was having tachycardia and walked away. I had no idea what that meant, and kept asking them if my mom was there, they lied for four hours and said my family wasn't there, and aside from my initial interactions they left me laying there for nearly three hours thinking I was dying of a heart attack and begging nurses to hold my hand or help me because my chest felt so heavy. The attending nurse reeled back from my hand like I had leprosy and walked away. Four hours of this and they finally allowed my mother back to see me, I still thought I was dying. Margo finally reappeared after standing at the desk and laughing on the phone with a farming buddy, yelled at my mom and said if the patient doesn't understand my terminology that's his problem, and sent me home, I still thought I'd had a heart attack. Two weeks later it happened again, this time after the ekg and heart monitering the gentleman doctor explained I was having brutal panic attacks, not heart attacks. This hospital is like a barn, I have been suffering from agoraphobia and anxiety ever since, and I feel I can't trust doctors and am afraid of hospitals after the treatment I recieved. Hospital investigated but never returned a call to tell me what they had decided or found. Go to cassia if you can, I fear for the lives of anyone that goes to Minidoka Memorial. Our community should force them to step up and behave like a true professional hospital and fire Margo, she's been found guilty of malpractice which led to someones death, lied about it on her review, and was punished by the medical board, do we really want a doctor that doesn't value human life treating our families and children? The hospital should be ashamed, as should the board of directors.

They have been the worst setting that there is, because of the CEO and the Clinic Manager. Our father has been ill and guess what? They are not willing to see him. Yet, he is a tax payer in our community and they violate his legal rights. Yes we are using his facebook to let people know since they refuse to do what is right?
