Story

Portneuf Health Partners are improving lives and transforming medicine locally and around the region.

In our 109 year history we have grown from a single hospital location to an advanced network of care. While our medical center has a strong focus on heart, cancer, neurology, orthopedics and women’s care, collectively, we continue to provide quality emergency care, imaging, primary and specialty care along with a wide range of health and wellness education opportunities.

Around here, we take care of our own. We look out for our families and help our neighbors. So when we see way to improve healthcare, we are right on it. Because we deserve the best care available.

Today, Portneuf Health Partners includes the joint venture between Portneuf Health Trust, LHP Hospital Group and a robust network of providers including Portneuf Medical Center, Portneuf Quality Alliance, Portneuf Sports Medicine Institute and numerous physician practices.
