I have lived here for 2 years now and it has seriously been the best apartment/renting experience I have had. 

First off, location location! What a great area to live! The community is in its own little "nature nook" being right by Bass Lake Nature Preserve. I have seen deer, coyotes, turtles, geese...the whole lot. The walking path is RIGHT behind the majority of the buildings and has easy access to The Greenway. We are also in walking distance to the Calhoun Square area (grocery, shopping, the lake, food, etc) and Grand Way in the other direction (shopping, food, dining, Wolfe Park, etc). SO AWESOME!!

Second, the grounds are extremely well cared for. The staff decorate for holidays and seasons, as well as hang flower baskets during the summer. The grass is wonderfully green in all areas and mowed every week or so during the summer. Snow is plowed immediately and I have NEVER had a parking problem. The leaves are raked in the fall and I never find trash laying around. The cherry blossom trees make it beautiful in the spring while the evergreens keep it full and green in the winter (less dead looking). 

The buildings themselves are always kept very clean and tidy. They clean the hallways every other week or so and have just freshly painted all interiors! The workout room and pool area are also kept up-to-date and in wonderful appearance with new furniture around the pool. The brand new outdoor grill/kitchen area is also fantastic! 

The storage lockers are spacious compared to most other apartment buildings I have seen and the storage within the units have many shelves for extra items. 

Finally, the staff! They are so amazing and learn you by name! They are always supportive, friendly and respond to questions or maintenance issues quickly. Knowing you are being taken care of is great! Also, being allowed to have pets is a great bonus:) Lot's of green grass and doggy stations to help keep the pet life happy as well. 

I would recommend living here to anyone. I also plan on living here until I can afford a house! Love love love!
