Quick service despite being pretty busy.  Ginger is fantastic!  The best DMV to go to in the area no doubt! (People, even employees, can frequently be spotted smiling, laughing no less.  This is a special kind of DMV.)

The wait here (anytime of day) is aweful. No sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs, drive away. Your time is better spent finding another facility.

They will try to show effort to work with you, but it is so busy that they just would rather go to the next customer. Go to the DMV in Golden valley. So much more friendlier service and it is faster!

Got there before it opened. Waited 45 minutes before leaving; they hadn't processed the very first license renewal of the day and I had to do other things. 

They had free water and cookies, which, along with the quirky location, gets them one more star than they would've otherwise.
