Parked here recently for 6 days and they're the best.  Rides to and from airport on time.   Came back after 6 days with 2 very low (less than 2 week old tires)  Were unable to drive to gas station because of tires and a "Very Nice Woman (sorry didn't get her name) who worked there came out and filled up the tires so we could leave. She was the BEST and so is the place!!!! Will continue to park here when traveling

Always have space with a reservation. Prompt with the pick up and the drivers are always courteous even if I don’t have tipping money. I buckled down and got a frequent Parker card. Super easy and some decent benefits. If you keep the coupons from the papers that are always floating around you can pay as low as $10 per day. If not reserve online and pay a discounted rate. It’s my go to if I have multiple parking days at the airport.

Sooo this was my first time using this service. I had looked over reviews and prices for about a week and finally made the decision to go with park n go. I had reserved a week ahead and got a better discount than if I hadn't reserved. My family and I had parked the car and was immediately picked up from the shuttle then brought to the airport. 4 minute ride or so. When arrived, my family waited at the baggage claim while I went to search for the shuttle, it wasn't hard to find. I am now waiting to be taken to my car but I had witnessed the driver helping the others to their vehicles and even helping with starting vehicles due to the cold weather. Very good service and if I am ever needing a parking service, I would totally use again.. cool beans park n go.. cool beans.

Horrible customer service.  Go anywhere else.  I had to give them one star but I sure wouldn't if I could have posted this review without it.  The drop off was fine and the drivers were friendly but when we returned, we had lost our yellow slip so I called the number on-line and was treated so rude.  The dispatcher told me I didn't need to call and to just follow the signs at the airport.  Before I could ask him any more questions, he hung up on me.  We waited at the pick up sight and no van, so I called again.  He told me the van would be there and to stop calling and hung up on me again.  We finally got picked up and taken to our car.  The driver was very nice and even cleaned off our car for us, but the lady at the check out was not going to allow us out of the lot because we lost our slip (even though you have to prepay to get it).  She was very rude and all we wanted to do was leave.  I will NEVER stay here again and recommend going elsewhere because their customer service is horrible!  They used to be much better.

Very convenient parking lot for airport. Recommend having a reservation because it's always busy. Last time needed my car jumped and was helped by staff immediately!!
