Great value. Quick and easy sign up for reservation online, signed up for loyalty program as well. Getting my loyalty card was very easy at office. When parked the van driver helped load and off load bags. Drive to airport was quick as well. The driver was professional and courteous and as my husband walks with a cane asked about needs for appropriate drop off at airport. Thank you for great service.

Shepard parking is a really fast and convenient way to get to the airport. The service is efficient and the drivers are helpful and courteous. I had Les and Mike Schulz and they were both great!

Drove in from WI for a trip and decided to use Shepard for parking. I've used others before but theirs is easier to get to if you want to keep away form all of the interstate traffic. Did all of my planning on line and when we showed up the van driver was at our truck even before we could get our bags out! Same thing when we got back to the airport. Walked out the doors and he greeted us almost instantly! I've told others and will tell even more. Great place to park!

I have used Shepard Parking several times now and every time I have received excellent service. A shuttle van followed me on the way in so it was there to pick me up immediately after parking and I did not have have to stand out in the weather at all. The driver helped load luggage and gave me a handy little note showing where I parked and the phone number to call for pickup.. They are located very close to the airport so the ride is very short. After calling them from the airport a van always showed up in less than 10 minutes, often less than 5. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

Best value! The gentlemen running the shuttles clearly enjoy and appreciate their jobs, their passengers, and each other. Super easy, quick, and professional, wouldn't use anyone else :)
