I have had nothing but positive experiences visiting at Lino. I am there 3-4 times a week. So they have plenty of opportunity to be difficult. Instead, they are kind and helpful. They seem to try hard to be welcoming as its already difficult for us.

The people that work in visiting are extremely rude. Especially Thomas Fjetland. He treats visitors and inmates badly, makes up his own rules, and wears his ID badge backwards so no one can identify him. The road of kindness and respect goes two ways. Visitors should not be subjected to hear the workers on personal calls (middle aged lady with glasses and hair in a bun) or singing along with the radio. I would expect professionalism and respect from the workers towards those that are visiting as well as the inmates. We don't have the luxury of being jerks back to you. Just because you're in uniform doesn't give you the right to act and treat others the way y'all do.
