Mary is runs the show there and rocks! Always friendly. Line wait times vary on time of day. Busiest after 3pm but that's expected when your serving a vast local area. I've never had any issues with their service.

Terrible customer service. An Etsy package of mine shipped rather quickly and was on its way to be delivered. I watched the mailman drive up to my mailbox and drop JUNK MAIL into it but not my package, and as he drives off I receive a notification from Etsy that my package has been delivered. I check the mailbox again and still no package. I call Circle Pines post office and the woman who answers is rude and tells me it was delivered to the post office even though my notification said it was delivered to my mailbox, like every other place I've lived has. I ask if I can pick my package up at the office and she irritably tells me that the packages haven't been sorted yet but to try back in a few hours and "maybe if someone has time it will get sorted today." Unacceptable service and outright laziness. WORST postal service I've ever had.

Absolutely ridiculous that they attempted only one time to deliver 2 packages from Amazon. I go thru and request a re-delivery and they never attempted that delivery. Then my husband goes over to pick them up and they can't find them!! I call and I get no reason why they're missing. The postal staff lady complained that she had to look through a hamper with 30 packages. Unacceptable service.

Very slow moving line, always one employee at front desk, no rush to get to the next customer, my packages have been misplaced into wrong mail boxes. Make sure you have plenty of time to waste. WORST POSTAL SERVICE ANY WERE!!!!

Very fast, consistently friendly service. Never have to wait here like I do with the crappy Blaine location (the one by the soccer fields). Larger foyer with more space for customers, too.
