We have a family membership(3rd year). My kids love it there. (They are 9,6,3,1) We are going this afternoon to get out of the house. It's a big place to walk around inside in the winter.

Nice tram ride to learn about the iron mining history in the area. Putt putt golf course looked really good, but we ran out of time.

I've been here a number of times, and have enjoyed myself every time! The museum itself is fun to traverse inside and out. I especially enjoy the "traveling" exibits they occasionally host, and their events are always fun. They have been renovating for awhile, so I hope they repair and improve their interactive exhibits, which are the funnest part for kids (and adults, tbh! 😉). They also have a bussed Hibbing Taconite Mine tour on Thursdays during the summer, which is fascinating. All around good family fun!
