I had an appt there a few years ago. I was put into a waiting room and then waited for over an hour for ANYONE to come in, while I could hear people talking about their weekend plans. This is only one example out of many with this clinic. I recommend going somewhere else.

Sue the RT in the Fridely location treated me like a criminal today. I was waiting for my appointment and she took me back first to get the supplies for my machine. Once I had my supplies, she assumed I was going to steal them and whispered to the receptionist to watch me in case I leave the waiting room. I bet if my skin color was white, she would be singing a different tune. Rest assure Ms. Sue the RT, I will be sending my complaint letter about your discriminatory actions to top management. I bet you thought I couldn't hear you whispering and talking about me. Well, you thought wrong. Never met such a racist person in my life. I hope anyone who reads this and encounters the same discrimination I received from Sue, please report it so she can be reprimanded. I met with Brenda Henney, PA-C and informed her about Sue's actions as well. I do hope she talks with Sue. I will be patiently waiting for my apology letter from Sue.
