I am an existing client. I called when they opened at 8am to get a same day appointment as I was in pain. The scheduler did not find an appointment at the Plymouth location, but did find one in Coon Rapids at 8:40. They confirmed that I could make it there in time. I arrived at 8:30 only to find no appointment for that day - but for the next week. There was no availability for that day. They sent a patient in pain on a wild goose chase. I was furious and in still in pain. I will never use them again and will not recommend.

Would not recommend Coon Rapids. Agree with the other reviews 100% - waste of time and money. Front desk and lab staff are always very friendly and professional, but it can't make up for the awful care you receive as a patient. Takes months to get an appointment and once I'm there, I don't feel like the doctors truly listen and my that concerns are not heard...on multiple occassions. They want to treat symptoms instead of actually finding the problem. I'm not here to pill pop, I'm here for answers, which they apparently don't provide. Doctor was arrogant and even smirked and got sassy when I got teary-eyed and challenged his lack of diagnosis. Really?!

Probably one of the most friendly clinics I've ever visited! All of the staff were very kind, and patient. They made me feel well taken care of, and really helped with the stress and anxiety I had over my procedures. They're really good at drawing blood, and as someone who bruises quite easily, that's saying a lot. I would definitely go here again if I had any need, and I would recommend it to any looking for a specialist clinic for the gastro issues! I have no complaints (:

I had an appointment with these people today. Outstanding is all i can say. Building was clean inside and out. Dr. Basman and his staff are trulely professionals in this field. Large parking lot for easy in and out. Everything was explained to me in plain english that I could understand. Thank you.

Wow, the staff are professional and thorough. I felt so well cared for before, during, and after a recent colonoscopy. You are under anesthesia during the procedure so you go to sleep dreamy and wake up to kind staff (Brianna). Thank you for making this a positive experience with your wonderful care.
