Love this place. Been coming here sense 1994. Came here for one of my best friend's birthday party. Had the best time. The bartender was so nice and would go out of her way to take care of you.

Alcohol and bar is awesome! Customer service is great as well. Food wise they have certain dishes that may be better than others...i'm happy there and will go back!

I ordered the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken and the sizzling rice soup after looking at the Google reviews. I was horrible disappointed and unable to finish the meal. The chicken breast was terribly dry and the dish was supposed to come with vegetables, however there was only broccoli. The sizzling rice soup tasted as if they simply dumped some canned peas, baby carrots, and water chestnuts in some chicken broth with a few chopped up shrimp and dry chicken pieces. If it weren't for my being on my lunch break, I would have returned the meal for a refund. It was a definite waste of $18- yes, they had the nerve to charge $18 for that culinary atrocity. To add insult to injury, I was provided no eating utensils for this to go order and there were a couple of unwrapped fortune cookies thrown in a bag with various soy sauces. That's just unsanitary. I have never written a public review of a restaurant before but my experience here was so horrible that I felt like I must. If I could give negative stars, I would. On a positive note, I did find the decor to be charming. I should have taken a selfie so that the whole experience wouldn't have been so horrible.

The best Potstickers, Pork Chow Mein/Lo Mein, Pork Fried Rice and Cashew Chicken! Every time I go home, I eat here and I also host our Annual Class Reunion here in late August. We dance the night away to Starberst Entertainment, whose owner is an Alumnus! We close the place down!!! It is family owned and operated and they stick to cooking the way their parents taught them and you can feel the everyone is like "family" atmosphere when you eat there. Make sure you order the house specialty drink, a Jerk!!! Delicious mix if Rums, Rainbow Sherbert ice cream and the straw gets filled with 151 rum! 😄 Everyone in town enjoys the food, drinks and the patio area with the new remodel. Looks terrific! This is a can't miss restaurant if you are in Modesto! Enjoy...😀
