RPT and all of the staff were incredibly helpful in getting me my Audi A5. They weren't pushy and accommodated me in every way. My salesman, Ashton promised that he was a man of integrity and would never use certain tactics seen in most used car dealerships. He was available by phone and text and was more than happy to send videos and pics of the car. I had to drive from Jacksonville to Orlando see the car and they all made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. My only regret is that my girlfriend purchased her car a month prior from a different dealer in Jax when she could have had a much better experience all around from this one. Piece of mind is what matters most post sale and these guys gave that to me in spades. They made sure that the car was washed again even though it was already detailed and topped off the gas tank to help me get back to Jacksonville. The catered to us while we were there and really seemed to care about who we were. This is how you create lasting relationships with customers. Thank you Ashton, Frank and all of the other staff in the finance office and detail center for the memorable experience.

My experience in buying a car at RPT was exceptional.  The salesman, Camilo Velez, was professionally and very helpful in explaining the car we were interested in and showed a great deal of patience and understanding as we were making our decision between two different cars.  Frank Calabrese is a true professional and man of his word.  He promised me that he would take care of an issue with the car and he did it, even after we had closed on the car and returned home to Jacksonville.  I would highly support and suggest looking at RPT if you are in the market for a used high-end automobile.

I stopped by the shop to look at a new car they had just listed recently. It was a pleasant introduction and the salesperson by the name of Eduardo started to help me.  It felt like they really appreciated me as a client throughout the buying experience.  When I was ready to make an offer, they were straight to the point and we both avoided all that haggling back and forth.  In the end, I felt like we made a deal happen by both sides coming together to find a price that makes everyone happy.  They gave me an excellent value for my trade and I paid a fair price for their car.  I would recommend using them for all of your future car purchases!

RPT Sales was wonderful to me throughout my entire car-purchasing experience. Never did I feel as though they were too pushy, and they worked tirelessly to find financing accessible to me as a college student. I would return to them in an instant, knowing that I am in good hands.

Just left the place.  Very dissatisfied.  I called this morning spoke with Rodrigo to confirm a vehicle I was interested in and he said yes it's available.  I also texted Rodrigo I'm on my way in 30 min and he responded Perfect.  So I arrived from the other side of town just to informed the vehicle is in service and won't be back for another hour.  Even asked me if I can wait.... Stupidity and Idiotic. And waist of time...NEXT TIME CONFIRM YOUR INVENTORY SO CUSTOMERS LIKE ME CAN BE INFORMED BEFORE DRIVING OUT TO YOUR PLACE! I'll be surprised if the owner or manager responds to this....maybe a $100 gift gift card for time waisted and gas money....wishful thinking
