I had a prescription for a pneumonia vaccine. Pharmacy says insurance won't cover it until I'm 60. But, clinic can code it so it is covered. Walked over there, punched in, and got the shot no problem. Friendly and helpful.

I'm pretty sure I have a UTI. Simple procedure, simple urinalysis, simple deal. However, it was Sunday, late by the time I was out of work, and I was unable to go to another clinic. The infection had progressed so the appointment couldn't wait. I had a low grade fever, developing severe abdominal pain, and it was becoming difficult to walk. I must have left it longer than I thought. 

Therefore, I checked their website. They took my insurance according to online forms and I was there before their specified check in time of 5:15 for their 5:30 close. I walked in and checked my phone (as many young people do every other minute these days) and noticed the time was 5:09pm. I asked a woman, who was lounging in a desk chair reading Cosmo, if I could be seen as I was in a lot of pain and wasn't sure how the clinic worked. She barely looked up at me and said that she couldn't see me and to refer to the computer. I went over to the computer and followed the steps. It said I could be seen and told the woman. I reiterated that I was in pain, but she basically just said, "Sorry, thanks for playing, try the ER." I was not seen.

Inconsiderate service, inconsiderate notice, and inconsiderate closing hours. If they stop seeing people before they close indiscriminately, even if it is a Sunday, they should change their hours. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I will never be going back there, except perhaps to find a manager when I'm healthier to tell somebody about the service I received -- or didn't, as the case may be.

The wait was short but the nurse practitioner I saw had a terrible beside manner. I've been a nurse for 10 years and I know when something is wrong. She told me to rest and drink fluids. She never even introduced herself or her position (medical assistant, nurse, doctor etc). Used hand sanitizer once and did not wash her hands.
