I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and was told it would cost me around $300 to get it and that it was “not worth” it. Against my better judgment I allowed the stylist Michael to take over. After 3 hours of tugging and pulling to the point my scalp was screaming (I tend to not be affected by pain so this must have been a lot) I was charge around $300 for my original hair color. He did an all over color of my roots which I think did not need to be done since my hair was not colored. Then added highlights which I wasn’t even allowed to see before he added another color to cover them up. I paid $300 for the hair I already had and not what I wanted. Never again.

It was my first time going to Miracles but I'll definitely be going back! The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and did a fantastic job. Make sure to bring cash! They don't put gratuity on cards.

I asked Michael for a trim with long layers, nothing crazy, just an easy style for my somewhat thick hair. I walked out with a bob and absolutely no layers. I was willing to forgo the fact that the cut was about 2-3 inches shorter than what I asked for, but I am livid that I pointed out that there were no layers once it was almost dry and made it clear it will poof the heck out if he didn't fix it, and his response was 'oh sweetie! there are layers, you just can't see them!' I haven't tried the other stylists and have no interest to, but if you have thick hair, ask for anyone but Michael. He has no idea what he's doing. I hate the cut, and i'm going to have to get it fixed over the next few weeks so it doesn't look awful. What a waste of time and money.

I have been growing my hair (bangs) out for months and when I went in I asked for long layers, to take off as little length as possible, and to blend in my bangs. Instead I got BANGS again and blunt layers. I'm so unhappy I could cry.
