I moved in in May and have really loved everything about this place.
The staff could not be more helpful and friendly.
The apartment is very nice, quiet, and has a wonderful view of the woods and a small creek with lots of birds, and squirrels.
Parking is a little tight but there is plenty of it.
The neighbors are very nice and friendly.

I lived at Miramonte for a year and couldn’t wait for our lease to be up. Staff was very rude and never handled anything in an appropriate time manor. The property switched management into our lease and the new staff are not professional to say the least. The maintenance manager was the worst of all if you had any problems you would be treated like it was an inconvenience and talked down to. I came home to find my fiance in tears after he came to fix the heat but never gotten done. He would refuse to fix anything unless you gave him permission to enter while you weren’t there even if you would request an appointment weeks in advance. The grounds are very ill kept with dog feces everywhere. No one picks up after their pets and leaves feces in your parking spots.  At least once a month we would come home to someone parking in our reserved car spot and if you would call the office about this manner you wouldn’t even get a phone call returned so eventually you just give up.  We had horrible new neighbors whose dogs barked all hours of the day and the office never reinforced the rules. The only time we received any communication to any complaints was when we put our 30 days in was then they were interested in what we had to say and said they would give warning to our neighbors and would happily switch us to another unit. The property is very outdated for what you pay. The appliances were cheap and always seemed to break. There laundry rooms are dirty and always broke we’ve had our wet clothes stuck in the washer overnight because no one cared to fix it after leaving numerous messages during work hours. Don’t bother even putting anything on your balcony they are poorly configured and all the water just pours on your balcony leaving behind a wet mess with a peeling deck that you will most likely get charged for. If the old staff were still there or any other trained staff we would have considered staying for the convenience of work. I would not recommend living here to anyone. Ask current residents before renting here about their experience! There are way better places for your money. Don't waste your time at this money pit.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live to look elsewhere, these people will take your security deposit and charge more if possible. I lived here 1 yr, they took my security deposit plus $339.78. They supposedly needed to change the carpet and paint the walls. I asked for the reasons why they needed to do either since I never put anything on the walls and the carpet had normal wear, all I got in return was that I signed the lease and that it was in the agreement. I tired to fight it but I didn't have the resources to do so, I was in a custody battle at the time.

I have lived here since March. I can only wait until my lease is over. I HATE IT HERE. I've had good experince with staff, its the price vs. neighbors. Theifs, crackheads, and so many parking issues. It is NOT worth it at all. When you go to report issues, very little is done to get things resolved. Straw that broke the back, my Christmas package for my boy was stolen right off our porch at our front door. We also had some "garden" decorations and 2 of the 5 were stolen (they are very heavy and expensive).  Unless they reduce the rent to reflect the type of people and issues here, it is NOT worth it. If I knew how bad it was, I wouldn't have lived here. Not worth more then $900 a month. (thats for our 2 bedroom tiny little apartment). **I moved from Boise and didn't know what it was like until we got here and already had it paid for.
