Old but very nice place. Go out their way to help. Only thing coffee only in room. I like where they have coffee set up for guest in lobby. Food smelled great in restaurant but prices alittle high. Right across from a BIG mall. That way great. Yes I would stay again.

It was nothing special. It was also very dated and some of the furniture was dirty. Worst pillows I've ever slept on and the bed was not comfy at all, which after a full day of walking usually anything is comfortable. You can also hear every.single.footstep the people above you make. Which was fun at two am listening to them walk around for an hour. Staff was friendly, nothing over the top. Given the chance I wouldn't stay here again for the price I can find something much nicer with more perks.

Comfortable rooms. However, the best elevator was only accessible by walking up 3 small stairs, not exactly wheelchair friendly as far as that goes. Close by to food and shopping though. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't try it because it seemed pricey and we really wanted bread sticks. They shuttled us from the airport and to Cruise America where we rented an RV, which was nice despite a almost incident (there was only 1 driver, but 2 groups that needed shuttling to very different places. We had been put on the schedule as needing shuttled, but there was some sort of mix up with everything, but they still were able to get us taken care of in a timely manner).

Great food! Wether you dine in the dining room or the bar the food is always on point! Good service and nice staff. Consistently excellent!!! 5 🌟's!!!!

The Monarch Hotel has comfy rooms and a great location next to a ton of shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the hotel, Sam's, the hotel restaurant is highly rated and has great food and service. The hotel will even let you reserve an airport shuttle for just about anytime of day, no hassle. Recommended!
