Dr. Miranda is WONDERFUL. I was nervous about getting a new dentist after moving here from Colorado. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Miranda and I'm so thankful she did. I recently had to have a root canal and was extremely nervous. Dr. Miranda took an extra X-ray before beginning the procedure and decided I only needed some decay removed and put on a crown. He is so ahead of other dentists I have been to with a digital procedure to make my crown. No gummy mess in my mouth and having to come back again. In about 15 minutes, I had my brand new crown and it is the best fitting crown I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Miranda!!!

I was very pleasant with the services provided. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this dental group. The wait some was not too long.

This review is for Dr Miranda, as I haven't experienced Dr Ortega's work which is more orthodontic, and I haven't needed it yet. But they are in practice together and I'm sure it's comparable. Dr. Miranda is professional with a great chair-side manor. I've had 2 crowns done and he knows how to use their state-of-the-art software and crown-making machine. He will actually show you what he's doing while working on the design of your bite. Crowns are made on the spot and instead of waiting a month with a temp, it's ready in about 45 minutes. There is NO sloppy impression goo that you have to bite into (which I hate.) Also, every time he numbs my mouth, there is absolutely no discomfort. He knows how to make it a painless experience. He has also arranged a doable treatment plan that no one else could offer - other dentists just wanted to pull my teeth. I've had a lot of dental work done over the last 50 years and I've finally found a practice that knows their stuff. This isn't a corporate office so you know these guys will be around to always give you great care.

Highly recommend. I moved from Miami to NSB 5 years ago and was concerned with finding a new dentist, especially after going to the same one for over 40 years. Then I come to find out Dr. Miranda interned at my dentist's office in Miami! Small world. I've had a couple of crowns and the usual dental work since moving to NSB, and I'm happy to say Dr. Miranda (and Dr. Ortega!) have successfully carried on the torch. They're knowledgeable, professional (with some laughs thrown in), and don't hurt me! Even my 95 year old father comes from Lake Placid, FL to go to Dr. Miranda, he liked him that much. I only have good things to say.

Our entire family goes to Dr Miranda and Dr Ortega's office in New Smyrna Beach, FL. They are one of the best dentists we have ever had, not to mention wonderful and honest people. They have never done unnecessary dental work that we didn't need unlike other dental chain offices we've had unpleasant experiences with. They also take great care of my kids dental needs making this practice family friendly all around! Also, if you need braces this is the place to go. Highly recommend!! :)
